The board of directors of German clothing and accessories manufacturer Hugo Boss AG approved the former head of Tommy Hilfiger Global and the European division of the owner of several well-known clothing brands PVH Corp as the company’s CEO. Daniel Grieder.
According to the press release of Hugo Boss, Grieder is appointed CEO for a five-year term starting from June 1, 2021. He will replace Mark Langer, who will retire on September 30 this year.
During the transition period from October 1, 2020, to May 31, 2021, Hugo Boss Chief Financial Officer Yves Muller will act as a representative of the Management Board.
Daniel Grieder left Tommy Hilfiger Global and PVH Europe in early June, which he led since 2014.
