John Bolton wrote in his book about Trump’s antipathy for Trudeau and Macron

Former advisor John Bolton wrote in his book “The Room Where It Happened” that the Donald Trump did not like Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and once he even personally instructed his staff to attack him in their television interviews, reports the CBC.

In his memoirs, Bolton talks about the notorious quarrel between leaders at the G7 conference in Quebec in 2018.

Tension during the meeting increased after Trump’s step to impose a tax on imports of steel and aluminum, including products from Canada.

The former US President’s National Security Advisor also noted in his book that Trump had negative feelings for the leaders of Canada and France.

In his book, he also describes the unusual interpersonal dynamics of their meeting, reports the TV channel.
