Johnson & Johnson aims to start clinical trials of an experimental coronavirus vaccine on humans by September 2020, the company said Monday.
“The company plans to start clinical trials on humans by September 2020 at the latest,” the company said in a statement.
In mid-February, Johnson & Johnson announced it had started developing an experimental vaccine against COVID-19. Work began in January 2020. The company also started an additional assessment of the existing portfolio of antiviral drugs.
