Turkey shot down a Syrian helicopter in response to the death of its military in Idlib

Turkish troops fired at Syrian government targets in response to the deaths of several soldiers, Anadolu News Agency reported, citing a statement from the Ministry of Defense.

The Ministry said that the fire was directed at 115 targets, as a result of which 101 Syrian soldiers were “neutralized”. In addition, the Turkish military destroyed three Syrian tanks and shot down a helicopter, according to Ankara.
